1.  Choose your lot type.

2.  Make your $3,000 US down payment.

3.  Make 36 monthly payments, and your lot is paid off in full.  You now own your own piece of paradise free and clear.

4.  If at any time you choose to payoff your remaining balance early, simply take the number of payments remaining and multiply by your monthly payment amount to calculate your balance due.  The Accounting Office at Grand Belizean Estates can help you to calculate your remaining balance due.
