The deposit for your lot(s) can be made by either Visa/Mastercard or by bank wire transfer. Most banks charge an outgoing wire tarnsfer fee, and you will have to add $20 US to cover the cost of an incoming wire transfer to Grand Belizean Estates. There are no additional fees to use your Visa/Mastercard (other than the fees of your card provider), and you can earn frequent flyer miles, points, etc. You can change your selection later if you are unsure at this time.
